Jacobs is seeking a Geotechnical Design Engineer/Construction Inspector with a strong geotechnical engineering background to join our team in St. Louis, MO.
In this key position, you will assist project Site Team Leads to oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires leadership and communication skills to assist with coordination of crews and subcontractors, enforce safety compliance, manage resources, and maintain seamless communication between field teams and project management. You'll drive productivity, resolve challenges proactively, and serve with the team to be the on-site authority for delivering exceptional results - while applying geotechnical principles to ensure soil, foundation, and earthwork integrity.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $92,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
