Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Proven leadership of geotechnical teams and project delivery across private/public sector projects.
• Experience guiding growth and mentoring engineers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary geotechnical team of ~10 professionals.
• Oversee project execution, quality assurance, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain technical talent.
