Braun Intertec is seeking a Senior Manager to join our San Antonio, TX team. This leadership role guides the Engineering and Testing and Drilling divisions, shaping department strategy and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Candidates should bring a civil engineering background, PE preferred, and a track record of managing teams, budgets, and client relations. The firm offers ESOP and a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus up to $25,000.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical and construction materials testing experience.
• Texas PE preferred or ability to obtain registration through reciprocity within 3 months.
• Five years of progressive related professional experience, including at least two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive department / business unit strategy aligned with company goals.
• Ensure communication and engagement of strategic direction with key groups.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders for department / business unit.
• Manage a team of professionals.
• Provide regular reports on department and business unit performance.
• Oversee office operations, client goals, and personnel within Engineering, Testing, and Drilling divisions.
• Monitor financial performance and provide feedback to management.
• Evaluate employee performance and set development goals.
• Recruiting, hiring, and personnel decisions for the office.
