Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with ABET accreditation or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required or to be submitted with application.
• Experience planning, coordinating, reviewing geotechnical designs and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical designs, studies, and investigations.
• Coordinate assignments with district specialists, higher authorities, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Develop, review, and bid specifications for Civil Works and EIIS projects.
• Ensure inspections and deliverables meet USACE standards and best practices.
• Apply value engineering to reduce costs without compromising performance.
• Supervise staff and manage resources, progress, and budget.
• Direct and confer with Architects-Engineers in design and reviews.
• Review contractor drawings for equipment and installation related to geotechnical systems.
