Stantec is seeking a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join our team, working with the geotechnical group in Denver, CO or Fort Collins, CO. You will support field programs, prepare reports, and assist with proposals and data compilation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing civil or environmental engineering degrees, with strong English skills and the ability to work independently or in groups. This internship offers exposure to multiple disciplines and real-world client projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Graduate degree considered an asset.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and execution of geotechnical field programs.
• Write technical reports summarizing methods, results, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Help prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Compile subsurface investigation or laboratory data.
• Describe soil and bedrock samples using standard classification systems.
• Assist with geotechnical calculations or analyses for design projects.
• Conduct desktop research to support technical project work.
