Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC seeks a Geospatial Trainer to deliver performance-oriented GEOINT training across classroom, field, and simulation environments at Fort Huachuca. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree, with proficiency in GEOINT tools and exploitation methods.

You will develop POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs, support diverse course formats, and contribute to course quality and upgrades. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; substitution with 4+ years related experience (contract dependent).
• Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.
• Experience with GEOINT automation tools and systems.
• Experience in FMV exploitation and imagery-derived products.
• Understanding of MTI, J-STARS, and cross-cueing across GEOINT sensors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance-oriented GEOINT training across modalities.
• Support resident, non-resident, and mobile courses.
• Serve as SME to revise POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs.
• Address deficiencies identified during instruction preparation and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance-oriented training across multiple modalities (classroom, practical exercises, simulation, field).


• Support resident, non-resident, and mobile training courses.


• Participate as SME in revising POIs, Lesson Plans, and TSPs.


• Remedy deficiencies identified during preparation and conduct of instruction.


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for degree (contract dependent).


• Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance.


• Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations


• Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP’s),


• National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS)


• Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation, cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.


• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.


• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Basic computer proficiency.
