Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure program deliveries meet system requirements within an Agile SAFe environment. The role leverages ESRI ArcGIS to shape system architecture, analyze requirements, and verify system interoperability across domains.

The candidate will drive daily scrums, coordinate releases, and ensure delivery milestones are met, with direct ArcGIS experience required. A TS/SCI clearance is mandatory, with compensation reflecting nationwide federal contracting norms.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required to start and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Minimum of 3 years of recent systems engineering experience
• Experience translating customer requirements into discrete engineering features with clear acceptance criteria
• Direct experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Earth

What Impact You'll Have

Responsible for ensuring that program deliveries are engineered to meet all system requirements and contractual policies. Works within an Agile SAFe environment and utilizes ESRI’s ArcGIS suite to develop system architecture, perform requirements analysis, and conduct systems‑of‑systems verification.

What You Must Have

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or GIS Geospatial Intelligence/NGA customer experience Deploying ArcGIS Enterprise in high availability (HA) environments Red Hat Linux and AWS cloud experience Integration of external segments for enterprise capability delivery Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology experience Cybersecurity knowledge (vulnerability assessment, mitigations) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, streaming analytics Security+ or DoD 8140‑equivalent certification
