Qualifications

• Perform research of county, city records for easements, deeds and related info to prepare working sketches for field crews.
• Process field crew data with Trimble Business Center to create files for AutoCAD import.
• Create survey base drawings from field data, photos and reference maps.
• Produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys and topographic maps in AutoCAD.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for rights of way and easements.
• Perform QA/QC on work prepared by self and others.
• Generate construction point calcs for utilities, grading, buildings.

Responsibilities

• Use field crew data and reference maps to produce base drawings.
• Generate alignments (.rlx) and surface (.dtm) files for staking.
• Review differential level loops and ensure accuracy.
• Set up projects in TBC or Civil 3D according to plan parameters.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
