Job summary

STV is seeking a Geospatial Manager to lead and grow our survey, reality capture, and digital delivery capabilities across Texas. Based primarily in Frisco, TX, with flexibility to work at any STV Texas office, you will guide technical teams and shape how geospatial data is captured, processed, and delivered for major infrastructure projects.

You will oversee UAV/UAS, LiDAR, and reality capture workflows, collaborating with survey crews, engineers, and project managers to translate field data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in surveying or geospatial tech.
• Hands-on with UAV/UAS, LiDAR, photogrammetry.
• Experience on transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with geospatial software.
• RPLS license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAV/UAS, LiDAR, and reality capture efforts for various infrastructure projects.
• Quality-check geospatial data and deliverables.
• Develop digital deliverables: point clouds, orthos, terrain and surface models.
• Collaborate with survey crews, engineers, and project managers to turn field data into reliable data.
• Integrate geospatial data into design/delivery workflows (Civil 3D, ArcGIS, MicroStation).
• Mentor teams and guide best practices for geospatial and reality capture services.
