Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level GIS Analyst to support USSTRATCOM J2. The role focuses on geospatial intelligence, analyzing and visualizing adversaries’ capabilities using ArcGIS Enterprise and web GIS apps at Offutt AFB.

The candidate will perform spatial analysis, develop dashboards, manage geospatial data, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards. A TS clearance/SCI eligibility and 3+ years of GIS experience are required.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Sciences or 8 years of GIS-related military experience.
Minimum 3 years of GIS experience and ArcGIS Enterprise/Pro.
Experience with Python scripting and ArcPy.
Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS or SQL Server.
Experience with APIs (REST/JSON/GeoJSON/XML/CSV).
Familiarity with DoD IT security standards.

Responsibilities

Perform spatial analysis with ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise for intelligence planning.
Develop web maps, apps, and dashboards using ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.
Support ArcGIS Enterprise installation, configuration, and administration.
Create custom cartographic products and visualizations for analysis.
Automate geospatial data processing with Python/ArcPy.
Manage GIS databases and spatial data environments.
Integrate dynamic data via REST/JSON/GeoJSON/XML/CSV.
Process geospatial feeds with ArcGIS GeoEvent for dashboards.
Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, FedRAMP, and ATO.
Collaborate with analysts and leadership to support mission objectives.
