Qualifications

• 3-6 years of programming in Python or R for analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness for polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro.
• Familiarity with common data science libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, PgAdmin.
• Experience with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide data management and automation support for geospatial analyses.
• Develop a modernized data workflow for multiple programs.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists to sustain updated database processes.
• Research and document data management practices and dependencies.
• Design improved workflows with automation from the start.
• Ensure workflows integrate with enterprise APIs and databases.
• Enhance models and simulations involving production and change-detection data.
• Develop code to convert legacy apps to Python-based solutions.
• Automate data preparation, validation, transformation, and reporting tasks.
• Translate analytical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Create dashboards and visualizations from diverse data sources.
