You will bridge engineering, operations and technology teams, delivering GIS-rich analyses and automated workflows that improve asset inventories and lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes geospatial data development, data governance, and advisory support to stakeholders across transportation and public works sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field.
• 1+ years GIS/geospatial analysis experience.
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise GIS environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with LiDAR and CAD data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance infrastructure asset inventories.
• Analyze asset condition, risk, performance, and lifecycle data.
• Develop asset management plans, metrics, and dashboards.
• Create and manage GIS databases and geodatabases.
• Develop web maps, dashboards, apps, and geospatial products.
• Automate validation, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Advise agency staff and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data governance and GIS standards.
