Job summary

Travelers is offering a 10-week BI&ALDP internship based in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN, where interns will work on real analytics projects and receive hands-on training in data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with full-time participants, gain exposure to AI tools, and present a capstone solution to analytics challenges; outstanding interns may receive a full-time offer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in GIS, CS or Geography.
• GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and GIS mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Work on real analytics projects across Travelers' analytics functions.
• Technical training taught by BI&ALDP participants.
• Formal performance reviews and leadership events.
• Capstone presentation with peers solving analytics challenges.
• Apply AI/analytics tools while evaluating quality and accuracy of outputs.
• Top interns may interview for a full-time offer after the internship.
