Job summary

Leidos is seeking a mission-driven Geospatial Analyst to deliver GEOINT support for Counterintelligence operations. You will produce map-based ABI analytic products, perform LOS and proximity analyses, and develop baseline imagery and mapping products to support CI objectives.

You will fuse multi-INT sources with a SIGINT focus and contribute to serialized intelligence reports and briefings for IC partners. Strong communication and adherence to GEOINT standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
• 5+ years of GEOINT analysis experience using ABI methodologies.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, QT Modeler, RemoteView, Analyst's Notebook/Renoir, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with IC proprietary tools used by ABI analysts.
• Experience in multi-INT fusion with a SIGINT focus and integration of national/tactical ISR sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication for RFIs, briefings, and reports.

Leidos is looking for a mission-driven Geospatial Analyst that will deliver GEOINT support to Counterintelligence (CI) operations. In this role, you will produce map-based analytic products that support customer critical mission functions, on-going IC partner relationships, and Request for Information (RFI)-driven analysis. Every product and activity you support will require a demonstrable counterintelligence nexus.

You will apply Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies to fuse national and tactical ISR sources, providing timely, relevant, and accurate insights to IC partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce map-based ABI analytic products in response to RFIs from IC partners.
• Perform Line of Sight (LOS), proximity, and photo correlation analysis to support CI objectives.
• Develop baseline imagery and mapping products supporting ongoing and emerging requirements.
• Conduct multi-intelligence (multi-INT) fusion, with SIGINT focus, integrating national and tactical ISR sources.
• Support and, where appropriate, co-author serialized intelligence reports internally within internal and with external IC partners.
• Deliver capabilities briefings to potential new customers to expand mission partnerships.
• Support sensitive activities originating from within and outside the agency, ensuring a counterintelligence nexus is maintained at all times.
• Apply GEOINT tradecraft rigorously across diverse mission specifications, environments, and operational tempos.

Basic Qualifications

• ActiveTS/SCIclearance; willingness and ability to obtain aCI Polygraph.
• 5 years' experience Demonstrating experience inGEOINT analysis, includingABImethodologies.
• Proficiency with core analytic tools, including:
  • ArcGIS Pro (ArcPro)
  • QT Modeler
  • RemoteView
  • Analyst's Notebook / Renoir(or comparable link analysis tools)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity withIC proprietary toolscommonly used by ABI analysts.
• Experience inmulti-INT fusion, with a SIGINT focus,and integration of national and tactical ISR sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for RFI responses, briefings, and report co-authorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience directly supportingCounterintelligenceorSpecial Programsmissions.
• Experience withMotion GEOINT / FMVimagery analysis.
• Familiarity with IC production standards and RFI workflows.
• Experience deliveringcapabilities briefingsto new or prospective customers.

Understanding of theater operations and tactical ISR support.
