Vantor is building AI-powered geospatial solutions that transform large-scale imagery and signals into actionable insights. The role focuses on designing and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, automating data processing, and producing scalable inference in production environments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate Earth observation challenges into practical AI solutions, stay current with foundation models, and help advance Earth AI capabilities across research and industry

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end ML pipelines, including data processing, training automation, evaluation frameworks, and scalable inference.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying deep learning models, particularly in Vision-Language models, Multimodal learning, Reasoning models, LLMs, or Computer vision for geospatial AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications transforming large-scale geospatial data into actionable insights.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, production inference.
• Productionize reasoning models, vision-language models, and multimodal AI systems combining imagery, signals, and structured data.
• Architect enterprise training/experimentation frameworks with automation, tracking, benchmarking, reproducible eval.
• Create synthetic datasets and test harnesses to validate model performance and robustness.
