What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and engage with new and existing energy clients to promote technical training offerings
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for geoscience training initiatives across client portfolios
- Support the customization and enhancement of geoscience course materials to align with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal leaders and instructors to align business goals with training strategy
- Maintain industry awareness of trends, innovations, and training needs related to energy geoscience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geoscience, Geology, or a related field
- 15+ years of professional experience in the geoscience or energy industry, ideally in a client-facing, training, or advisory capacity
- Demonstrated ability to consult with clients on technical training needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in professional education, curriculum design, or workforce development
- Familiarity with upstream and midstream energy operations
- Previous training or mentoring experience is highly desirable
