Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Contract Geologist for the Onshore Products team to contribute to regional structural and sequence stratigraphic interpretation in major basins, with a focus on North America. The role involves integrating seismic and well data, working in multidisciplinary teams including Geology, Geophysics, Data Science and Petrophysics, and gaining skills in quality control and project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geophysics required.
Master’s or PhD preferred.
Experience as Subject Matter Expert in geoscience fields such as sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology, structural geology, or basin modeling.

Responsibilities

Act as geoscience SME for understanding geological concepts including sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, petroleum systems, and geo modeling.
Act as stakeholder for integrated projects liaising with team leads.
Combine geological interpretations and Well Performance Data for analytics and productivity delineation.
Support safety and ethics policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for health, safety, and environment compliance.
