Job summary

Continental Resources in Oklahoma City seeks a seasoned geoscience technical specialist to provide advanced support for geoscience software, data loading and analysis of well logs and seismic data, and to coordinate with Information Systems on complex issues.

You will oversee software and database maintenance, train team members, generate maps and production analyses for regulatory and corporate use, and push for new technologies to improve data quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to geoscience personnel and stakeholders.
• Leads loading, verification, manipulation, analysis, and reporting of well log and seismic data.
• Oversees installation and maintenance of software systems and databases, coordinating with IS on complex issues.
• Generates maps, exhibits, typelogs, and production analyses for regulatory and corporate use.
