Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher in Georgia. The role involves planning, assessing, and instructing 4-year-old students in alignment with GA Pre-K guidelines.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure licensing compliance while mentoring fellow teachers and engaging with families to support student success. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or an approved related degree, with experience leading a classroom and meeting

Georgia’s Pre-K Program is a state funded educational program for all age eligible 4-year-old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre-K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre-K LeadTeacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year-old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and GA Pre-K program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, approved related degree or higher credential
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
