You'll organize cross-functional projects, coordinate outreach, and develop reporting structures while advancing social justice work across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support State Director and Associate Director with office projects and initiatives.
• Address requests and resolve concerns per guidelines.
• Organize, track, and coordinate outreach with community members and partners.
• Provide logistical support to organizers and working groups.
• Develop reporting and meeting structure for project teams.
• Implement inclusive processes and identify improvements.
• Perform other duties within the job scope.
