About the Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) role at Headspace:
Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Applications are currently being accepted from providers licensed in Georgia.
Contractor therapists are expected to offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with flexibility to add more based on availability. Due to fluctuating demand and scheduling, it may take several weeks to establish a consistent schedule.
Pay rate: Starting at $76-$80 per session for Georgia. Rates vary by state and will be confirmed during the interview. Sessions are 60 minutes for intake and 45 minutes for follow-up, with note-taking included in the session rate. Compensation factors include location, licensure, experience, and specialties.
All therapists must be licensed, reside in the U.S., and work within the 50 states (not territories). Work must be conducted in the U.S., and access to data outside the U.S. is prohibited.
