• Handle litigation from initial case strategy through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate filings.
• Conduct discovery and take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Handle disputes involving real estate and development, land use, local government, contracts, and related commercial matters.
• Appear in Georgia Superior and State Courts, the Georgia State-wide Business Court, and U.S. District Courts.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
