Job summary

The Treetop Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Savannah, GA, either at clients' homes or in clinic settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and help children build essential skills toward greater independence.

The role offers paid training, ongoing ABA education opportunities, and a collaborative team culture with BCBA supervision to support professional growth and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinics.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR or equivalent records.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.
