Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily classroom activities for a group of children
  • Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment
  • Follow all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and relevant agencies
  • Support children's social and emotional development with positive guidance
  • Assess developmental needs regularly
  • Implement curriculum and daily schedules according to the approved plan
  • Maintain an attractive, engaging classroom environment
  • Provide positive reinforcement and clear behavior expectations
  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to employee guidelines
  • Understand the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
