Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.

• Experience troubleshooting instrumentation, electronics, or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) to gain hands-on, real-world experience in an industrial setting.
• Tackle significant projects and take ownership of work while supporting innovation, process efficiency, and safety/health compliance.
• Learn and apply Koch's Principle-Based Management culture and collaborate with experienced engineers to solve real problems and improve products and services.

Georgia-Pacific is seeking an aspiring Process Control Engineer to join our Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Summer 2027 at our Paper Mill in Crossett, Arkansas!

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in a Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering degree program
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting instrumentation, electronics, or electrical systems.
• Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, through internship or other work experience
