Management Performance Associates seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead a new greenfield food/pharma manufacturing facility in Georgia. Based in Newnan with responsibilities for the LaGrange project, you will oversee design-build, contractors, and international coordination, including weekly calls with Beijing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects and budgets.
• 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects including Greenfield and budgets.
• Experience delivering at least 5 industrial projects, including 1 project valued over $100 million.
• Greenfield project experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience managing design-build firms, contractors, and capital budgets.
• Willingness to travel to LaGrange and work from Newnan area; weekly calls with Beijing.

Responsabilités

• Lead the greenfield project from development through construction and handover.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Oversee design-build firm, general contractor, engineers, and other partners.
• Monitor critical path, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, including negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, quality, and finance.
• Guide partners through permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Provide senior leadership with progress, financials, risks, and decisions.
