Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage across Georgia. The assignment includes night call rotation, daytime hours, and weekend coverage.

Required are hospital privileges and proficiency in invasive procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, CT/US-guided biopsies, lumbar punctures, nephrostomy, embolization, drain insertions, chest tubes, and fluoroscopy. Travel and housing are prepaid; malpractice is covered.

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• Proficiency in paracentesis, thoracentesis, CT/US-guided biopsies and lumbar punctures.
• Experience with nephrostomy, embolization, drain insertion, chest tubes and fluoroscopy.
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
