Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. license in Georgia required or actively pursuing licensure.
• 12+ years of progressive civil/site or land development engineering and project management in Georgia preferred.
• Experience leading people, managing client relationships, and handling complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant projects, coordinating with clients and agencies and regional teams.
• Drive business development strategies for new clients and pursuits.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and empower team members.
• Plan and manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor team and project metrics to ensure profitable delivery.
