Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced security professional with all-source intelligence analysis expertise to join our team. You will assess geopolitical and security risk for AWS infrastructure, deliver decision-ready risk products, and advise on risk mitigation across global deployments.

The role blends traditional intelligence analysis with program management and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong written and verbal communication to executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience conducting intelligence analysis and producing finished written intelligence products; or 5+ years in geopolitical risk analysis or security risk management with training in intelligence analysis
• 3+ years of managing a portfolio or program of analysis including writing/editing/publishing multiple intelligence products or risk reports
• Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, or security-related field, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of global affairs and geopolitical factors affecting your portfolio
• Apply intelligence and risk industry standards to draw actionable conclusions and develop risk mitigation plans
• Understand potential impacts from geopolitical and security scenarios on AWS infrastructure and hyperscale cloud and technology sector
• Plan, manage production cycle, and deliver risk intelligence products and position papers
• Manage a portfolio including security risk and intelligence responsibilities for AWS global infrastructure investments and projects
• Communicate intelligence analyses and risk guidance to diverse audiences in writing and discussions
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
