• Oversee project execution, staffing, and strategic decisions.
• Develop scopes, fees, budgets, and project strategies with teams.
• Report performance and priorities to senior leadership.
• Promote quality assurance to protect outcomes and reputation.
• Advance integrated services by leveraging internal resources during pursuits.
• Drive client satisfaction and expand service delivery.
• Maintain industry presence through events and leadership development.
• Overnight travel as needed.
