Job summary

Fisher German LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Geologist or Mineral Surveyor to help extend our mineral consultancy services and support existing client workloads. The role blends field work with desk-based analysis and report production.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, contributing to site investigations, geological advice, and quarry design while enjoying a discretionary bonus scheme and a generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

Job description

We have a unique opportunity for a Geologist or Mineral Surveyor to carve a niche area of expertise for themselves. We have become recognised in the industry for our mineral consultancy work and this individual will come into the team to help with existing workload & look to extend our reach in the industry.

Minerals is a fascinating area of the industry, and we have a dedicated department to help our clients. We're looking for the next member to join this team, whether you're a Geologist or Engineer with transferable skills, or an experienced professional who has worked in the UK quarrying industry throughout your career, then we'd be really interested in having a conversation with you.

This is a full time, permanent position which equates to 37.5 hours per week. The standard hours are 8.45 - 5.15 however we can be flexible on this, and we operate a hybrid working policy.

In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:

• A discretionary bonus scheme
• A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus your birthday off and two extra half days allocated for Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
