Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in geology or related field (MS preferred), strong GIS skills, experience with CTDPH/CTDEEP/NYSDEC permits, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology or water resources related field (M.S. preferred).
• 4 to 8+ years of experience.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Enthusiasm for completing field work at varied site settings.
• Proficiency with GIS figures, GIS data evaluation, data entry and MS Office.
• Experience with CTDPH, CTDEEP and NYSDEC water withdrawal permitting.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel for field work.
• Mentoring and training younger staff; equipment maintenance.
