Position: GEOINT Targeting Analyst

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Locations: Springfield, VA (w/Global Deployment Rotations) or St. Louis, MO (w/Global Deployment Rotations)

While deployed, the analyst will often serve as a one-person GEOINT shop, making versatility essential. ArcGIS proficiency is critical due to the tool’s complexity and nuance, while imagery platforms like iSpy and RemoteView are core to daily workflows. Analysts with a targeting mindset excel here as you won't just be producing maps, you're building cases, validating intelligence, and directly shaping mission outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI
• HS +5 years’ experience; Associate +3 years’ experience; bachelor’s +2 years’ experience
• Verified proficiency with ArcGIS for geospatial visualization, spatial analysis, and producing clear, actionable maps and products
• Proven experience with iSpy, RemoteView, FADE/MIST, and QT Modeler (amongst others) to exploit imagery, analyze terrain, correlate/incorporate multiple INTS and detect critical features quickly and accurately
• Demonstrated experience with digital cartography / HLZs / Line of Sight / Viewshed / density analysis / Bead & Scatter
