Qualifications

• 3+ years of GEOINT, imagery analysis and targeting experience.
• Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools: RemoteView, GXP, ArcGIS.
• Experience briefing senior audiences and presenting to leadership.
• Knowledge of Joint Targeting Cycle and military planning processes.
• Ability to operate under high tempo and time-sensitive conditions.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct target development in accordance with Joint Publications (JP) and CJCSI standards.
• Perform Target System Analysis (TSA) to identify vulnerabilities and CACs.
• Build and maintain ETFs and GEOINT targeting products.
• Manage target lists and coordinate nominations with IC and DoW partners.
• Provide time-sensitive GEOINT exploitation and I&W in support of dynamic ops.
• Integrate GEOINT targeting into planning processes (JPP, MDMP).
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend GEOINT collection strategies.
• Support GEOINT workflows and coordinate with collection managers.
• Prepare and brief GEOINT assessments, graphics and reports for senior leaders.

Booz Allen is seating a GEOINT Support to Targeting Analyst who can transform multi-source data into operationally relevant intelligence that supports critical national security objectives. In this role, you’ll apply advanced GEOINT tradecraft, perform time-sensitive exploitation, and develop high impact targeting products that shape planning, operations, and decision-making. What You'll Do:

• Conduct target development in accordance with Joint Publications (JP) and CJCSI standards.
• Perform Target System Analysis (TSA) to identify critical vulnerabilities and operational centers of gravity.
• Build and maintain Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) and GEOINT targeting products.
• Manage target lists and coordinate target nominations with the Intelligence Community and DoW partners.
• Provide time-sensitive GEOINT exploitation and indications and warnings (I&W) in support of dynamic operations.
• Integrate GEOINT targeting into planning processes including the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and MDMP.
• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend GEOINT collection strategies.
• Support GEOINT support to targeting workflows and coordinate with collection managers.
• Prepare and brief GEOINT assessments, graphics and reports for senior leaders.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in GEOINT, imagery analysis and targeting
• Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as RemoteView, SOCET Geospatial exploitation product (GXP), or ArcGIS
• Experience briefing senior audiences
• Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft, Joint Targeting Cycle, and military planning processes
• Ability to operate effectively under high operational tempo and time-sensitive conditions
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, or Remote Sensing

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with analytic tradecraft IAW ICD 203 and analytic integrity standards
• Experience supporting time-dominant or first phase GEOINT operations
• Knowledge of Activity-Based (ABI) methodologies
• Knowledge of GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED), Geospatial Intelligence Management System (GIMS), National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) tools and IC collection management processes
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
