Masego Inc. is seeking a senior-level TS/SCI-cleared GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA.

The role focuses on developing comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex intelligence problems and requires extensive GEOINT expertise and a polygraph-friendly clearance. The candidate will work with customers and source providers, support research phases of information need development, and apply GEOINT information management services

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience with TCPED GEOINT data and real-time collection support
• 5+ years managing large multi-source data sensemaking and metrics for model output
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors with automated collection strategies
• Experience multitasking in a program management environment across locations
• Familiarity with NSG focus areas, NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection and visualization
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers on multi-intel strategies
• Support for Information Need development research and its phenomenology impact on GEOINT tasking
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and GEOINT community structures
• HS diploma or GED

Description

We are looking for a Senior-level TS/SCI-cleared GEOINT Source Strategies Analystto join our team.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

• 5+ yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
• 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
• Ability to collaborate with customers and sourceproviders to developcomprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems
• Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
• HS diploma or GED

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
• Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
• Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
• Operational experience with vector data.

Security Clearance Requirement :

• ActiveTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (CI Poly can be scheduled after Indoc)

Salary Range : $142,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
