Job summary

Masego is seeking a Senior-level TS/SCI-cleared Data Manager to join our team. You will lead data programs, manage teams, and drive data-driven insights from large geospatial datasets, ETL pipelines, and cloud architectures.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience (or 7 with a BA, 8 with an AA), strong communication, and experience with agile methods. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Description

We are looking for a Senior-level TS/SCI-cleared Data Manager to join our team.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree OR 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 8 years of relevant experience with an Associate’s Degree.
• People management experience and excellent communication and keen problem-solving skills. Extensive technical project management experience, independently initiating and driving projects to completion, and experience solving strategic problems.
• Experience doing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights. Experience with data manipulation, extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures, and a working knowledge of database technologies. Experience managing databases and data pipelines and working with cloud architectures.
• Experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats

Desired Qualifications

• Experience using Agile/SAFe methodologies; experience with NGA enterprise technology systems, such as NGA CORE and MLOps; GEOINT Professional Certification — Fundamentals (F); experience working with AI/ML technologies applied to geospatial data.

Security Clearance Requirement

• Active TS/SCI and current CI Polygraph

Salary Range

$150,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
