Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience as Scrum Master for a software development or similar technical team
• Proficient with web technologies: Django, JQuery, Ajax, REST APIs
• Proficient in Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Relational DB experience: SQL/Postgres; OS: Windows and Linux
• Version control: Git and GitLab; experience with Agile CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle within an Agile framework
• Design, architect, develop, test, and deploy GEOINT software systems
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and web-based functionality
• Deliver scalable software in classified cloud and hybrid environments
• Provide estimates and break down work into manageable tasks
• Collaborate with engineers to document optimal technical designs
• Support automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot performance issues and data outputs in GEOINT environments
