Job summary

The BIT, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Developer to support NGA GEOINT missions, focusing on coding, testing, and integrating software in Python. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and strong experience with cloud and web technologies.

Responsibilities include developing software artifacts, performing validation testing, and collaborating in an Agile environment. Location includes Chantilly, VA and multiple US sites, with a focus on secure, high-availability solutions.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI post-hire.
• Proficient in software development projects or software integration in a service-oriented environment (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Code, develop, integrate, and debug software artifacts; write validation tests against baselines; support unit testing; develop in Python.
