Job summary

Ascension Fed is seeking an experienced Program Manager with GEOINT expertise to lead complex national security programs at Fort Gordon, GA. The role emphasizes planning, execution, and delivery of GEOINT initiatives aligned with customer requirements.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional teams, build relationships with government customers, and ensure compliance with security and contracting standards. Occasional travel and secure facility work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years in GEOINT or defense/intelligence projects.
• Strong GEOINT systems knowledge and experience with government contracting.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programs.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of GEOINT programs aligned with goals and customer requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and intelligence analysts for program success.
• Develop relationships with government customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security requirements.
