Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company in the Dayton area, seeks a GEOINT data scientist/analyst to analyze GEOINT data and other sources to support intelligence production. You will help develop approaches to key intelligence questions and lead the team as the main point of contact for government partners.

The role requires active TS clearance, a STEM degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data science methods to analyze and exploit GEOINT data and other sources of supplementary data to support intelligence production.
• Assist in developing approaches to address key intelligence questions.
• Provide leadership to the team and act as the team POC for the government.
