Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company in the Dayton area, seeks a GEOINT data scientist/analyst to analyze GEOINT data and other sources to support intelligence production. You will help develop approaches to key intelligence questions and lead the team as the main point of contact for government partners.

The role requires active TS clearance, a STEM degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Geography, or other STEM field)
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to code/script, especially in Python
• Experience with data science and visualization tools, such as dash, R Shiny, Tableau, JMP/JMP Pro, and/or similar
• Background in machine learning/artificial intelligence
• Experience with GEOINT data, including non-literal data
• Expertise in Geographic Information Systems
• Knowledge of phenomenologies relevant to GEOINT data
• Master's or Doctoral degree
