Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a GEOINT Analyst (Mid) to exploit, analyze, and produce GEOINT in support of critical DoD/IC operations. You will work with diverse data sources across federal programs and must maintain a TS/SCI CI poly as part of the job requirements.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, prior imagery/GEOST data experience, and the ability to obtain an upgrade to LS poly within 90 days. Travel is globally available as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IMINT/GEOINT experience or degree in GEOINT
• 3+ years of recent IMINT/GEOINT operational experience
• Attended certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar)
• ArcGIS or similar geographic information systems experience
• Experience with multimodal imagery
• Ability to attain CI polygraph within 90 days of starting

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking GEOINT Analysts (Mid) to utilize sources as appropriate to exploit, analyze, and produce GEOINT in support of critical operations. Sources for these formats of data come from many different sectors within the DoD and IC.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, which can be supplemented by a degree relevant to GEOINT,complying with J-02 experience points calculation.


• At least 3 year of recent (last 3 years) IMINT/GEOINT operational experience.


• Attended certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program).


• Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar.


• Experience with Multimodal imagery.


• Must be a self-starter, able to perform deep analysis, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and communicate well.


• Ability to attain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within 90 days of starting

Desired Qualifications:

• Currently supporting NGA with a contractor IC badge and CAC.


• More than five years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery/geospatial product development.


• GPC certified.


• Advanced ArcGIS proficiency.


• BA/BS in field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, etc.


• Experience with SOM tools.


• Ability to start immediately.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
