This role requires TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant analysis experience. You will perform all-source analysis of C4ISR capabilities, assess vulnerabilities, and monitor modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT sources. Not travel required.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience conducting analysis in the relevant labor category, with recent work in the last 2 years.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain CI Poly as required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analyses to assess C4ISR capabilities, vulnerabilities, and readiness.
  • Analyze foreign C4ISR assets, networks, sensors, and targeting; assess architecture and survivability.
  • Utilize ELINT data sources to analyze emitters and signals.
  • Monitor ISR acquisition/modernization trends and assess their impact on U.S. operations.
  • Conduct temporal analysis of early warning capabilities and reaction to activities.
  • Follow technology transfer and its military impact on recipient actors.

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a C4I Analyst, Mid to support our Intelligence Client's mission sets.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct all-source methods to assess foreign military command, control, communications, and computer (C4) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze foreign military exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, strategy, doctrine, readiness, maintenance, integration, and compatibility issues.
  • Analyze military C4ISR assets to include, but not limited to, disposition, movements, sensors, operability, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability tactics, and denial and deception tactics.
  • Analyze signals and associated emitters utilizing Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) data sources, tools, and techniques.
  • Analyze foreign early warning capabilities and limitations to detect, notify, and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activities and communications.
  • Monitor C4ISR acquisition/modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT sources and assess its impact on U.S. military operations, tactics, and systems.
  • Conduct all-Source analytic production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea warfare and/or naval infantry/amphibious/expeditionary forces C4ISR capabilities to include, but not limited to, exercises, tactics, platforms, sensors, strategy and doctrine, weapons and readiness.
  • Conduct research to determine current and future foreign Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT sources.
  • Analyze foreign capabilities and limitations to detect U.S. maritime, ground, and air activities and communications.
  • Conduct temporal analysis to determine a country's early warning capabilities.
  • Follow technology transfer and its military impact and ability of recipient actors to assimilate transferred technology.
  • Monitor ISR acquisition/modernization trends and assess its impact on U.S. military operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior, plus:
  • At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
  • Normal office environment.
  • During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time.
Travel
  • Not required.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
