Job summary

Ursa Space Systems seeks a GEOINT Analyst to independently execute end-to-end geospatial analysis, fusing multimodal imagery with open-source data to deliver high-accuracy intelligence products.

You will work with senior technical leads and cross-functional teams to validate ML outputs, refine workflows, and support 24/7 global operations. Remote, full-time role with shift flexibility and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional GEOINT/imagery analysis experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing multi-source imagery (SAR/EO); basic understanding of satellites and data processing.
• Familiarity with GIS software and data visualization; ML outputs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform end-to-end geospatial analysis across diverse geographies and threat models.
• Utilize AI-model workflows in reporting and daily operations.
• Fuse SAR, EO, RF, AIS with secondary data to generate actionable intelligence.
• Create/update maps and spatial layers for client deliverables and internal projects.
• Ensure data quality through auditing and validation standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer requirements into production steps.
• Provide troubleshooting for data ingestion and pipeline issues.
