Job summary

Ursa Space Systems is seeking a GEOINT Analyst to join our Production team. You will independently perform end-to-end geospatial analysis, fusing multimodal imagery with open-source data to deliver high-accuracy intelligence products for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include using AI-model workflows, creating maps, validating outputs, and collaborating with Product/Engineering to meet client requirements. Remote-friendly, US-based roles available.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of GEOINT, Remote Sensing, GIS, or Imagery Analysis experience.
• Ability to analyze multi-source imagery (SAR/EO) and understand satellite orbits.
• Familiarity with GIS software and data visualization; ML outputs a plus.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and datasets; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end geospatial analysis across diverse geographies and domains.
• Utilize AI-model workflows and AI agents in daily reporting processes.
• Fuse SAR, EO, RF, AIS data with secondary and open data for actionable intel.
• Analyze imagery across providers, formats, and satellite constellations.
• Create and validate maps, layers, and visual intelligence for clients.
• Audit outputs for accuracy and quality; identify bottlenecks and propose fixes.
• Support ML research, validation, and SOP/document updates.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate requirements into steps.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion and production pipeline issues.
