Responsibilities

• Redraw or correct maps to reflect tax code area changes.
• Check all layers of maps to ensure accuracy.
• Identify, research, and resolve anomalies in legal land descriptions.
• Calculate latitudes, longitudes, angles, areas for mapmaking.
• Identify and compile database information to create maps.
• Design or develop information databases that include geographic data.
