Job summary

Vibrint seeks an innovative GIS Automation / AI SME to support the Government Program Management Office and senior Agency leadership in advancing geospatial automation and GeoAI capabilities.

The role focuses on high-value automation and ML workflows, prototyping models, and delivering automated ETL scripts and GeoAI deployments. This hands-on position partners with customers and senior leadership to drive adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GIS automation, geospatial analysis, ML, or GeoAI development.
• Proficient in Python and geospatial/ML libraries like ArcPy, GeoPandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Rasterio.
• Experience building FME workbenches for ETL automation and workflows.
• Able to design and automate geospatial workflows for ingestion, cleaning, processing, validation.
• Experience prototyping/training ML models including object detection, classification, clustering, or predictive analytics.
• Understanding of topology, routing, projections, network analysis in geospatial contexts.
• Clear workflow documentation, proofs of concept, and demos for diverse audiences.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to obtain/maintain CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python or FME-based ETL pipelines for automated geospatial data processing.
• Research, prototype, and deploy GeoAI models tailored to mission use cases.
• Identify bottlenecks and design automation tools; assist with complex spatial algorithms.
• Demonstrate new technologies to customers and leadership; produce proofs of concept.
• Deliver automated ETL scripts, trained GeoAI models, and workflow documentation.
