You will collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Web & Mobile Experience teams to improve visibility and performance. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in SEO, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience (tech and content preferred).
• Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicates well and collaborates with team members.
• Self-starter, curious and eager to learn with openness to feedback.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with analytics tools: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, plus listed SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve visibility for HealthPartners brands.
• Conduct keyword research and develop data-driven SEO content plans.
• Develop on-page optimization and information architecture recommendations.
• Create geo-targeted SEO recommendations for local visibility.
• Integrate SEO with content, social, and search advertising.
• Analyze site performance with analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor sites and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure SEO best practices in content creation.
• Report organic search performance to leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute off-site optimization plans.
• Analyze site architecture for improvement opportunities.
• Engage with local and national SEO communities to stay current.
