Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Genetics/Genomics Technologist for our Cytogenetic Testing-Ref Lab in Phoenix. You will perform complex testing including FISH, real-time PCR, CMA, and NGS to support patient diagnosis, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and CAP-aligned work practices, with ASCP cytogenetics certification preferred. Sign-on bonus offered and weekend rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• CLIA high-complexity testing qualification.
• 1 year of genetics/genomics lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform genetic/genomic testing per CAP standards.
• Work with FISH, real-time PCR, CMA, NGS and PGx workflows.
• Ensure accurate results and compliant documentation.
