ActX, Inc. is seeking a full-time Genomics Scientist (PhD) for a key role. We are the leading provider of genomics decision support built into the electronic health record. In this role, you’ll help transform healthcare by making genetics part of routine clinical workflow and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation initiatives
• Work with major health systems on their use of genomic decision support
• Assist in the expansion of genomic clinical content
• Work with our bioinformatics team
• Review literature in targeted areas
• Have a CAP laboratory role

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology from a U.S. university
• Interest and expertise in scientific and clinical literature research and analysis
• Leadership skills and proactive work style suitable for a team focused on innovation
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the analysis of human genetic datasets
• Experience in a clinical setting
• 1 to 2 years of post-doc work in clinical genetics research
